Hi, I’m Mark — a hospitality entrepreneur, real estate professional, and longtime West Hollywood local. For over 10 years, I’ve been hosting travelers from around the world and building what would become Proper Stays — a boutique brand rooted in design, comfort, and trust.
I personally design, stage, and manage each space you see listed. With a background in real estate and an obsession with clean lines and local flair, I believe that every detail — from the scent in the hallway to the feel of the sheets — matters. I started Proper Stays to give guests something beyond the generic: a place where they feel welcomed, safe, and inspired.
When I’m not hosting, you’ll find me hiking Runyon Canyon, supporting our local community, trying out new cuisine at LA’s newest restaurants, weight training at Gold’s Gym and Equinox, or working on new creative projects around the city.
