Welcome to Proper Stays WeHo. By completing a reservation, payment, or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Reservations & Payments
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
By submitting payment, the guest agrees to all booking policies, house rules, cancellation policies, and terms outlined on this website and/or booking platform.
All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims made after a completed stay or after access has been granted may be challenged with supporting reservation records, communication logs, access records, and platform documentation.
2. Property Use
Proper Stays operates private guest suites within shared residential-style properties designed to provide a boutique hotel experience.
Guests acknowledge that:
- Reservations may be for a private room/suite rather than an entire apartment or home
- Certain common areas may be shared
- Access and amenities vary by listing and are described individually on each reservation page
Guests agree to use the property respectfully and in accordance with all posted house rules.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Parties or unauthorized gatherings
- Smoking inside the property
- Illegal activity
- Excessive noise
- Unauthorized guests or visitors
- Damage to property or furnishings
Violation of these terms may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in and check-out times are provided in the reservation details.
Unauthorized late check-outs or early arrivals may result in additional fees.
5. Damages & Liability
Guests are financially responsible for damages caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
Proper Stays reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking remediation, rule violations, or unauthorized occupancy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Proper Stays shall not be held liable for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
- Injuries occurring on the property
- Temporary interruptions to utilities, internet, appliances, or third-party services beyond our control
Guests use the property at their own risk.
7. Privacy
Guest information is handled securely and used solely for reservation management, communication, payment processing, and operational purposes.
8. Agreement
By completing payment or accessing the property, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
